My name is Maya, a NASM certified personal trainer and experience expert. After my own journey with finding balance in my life, I'm passionate about helping others improve their lives through exercise, mental health, and nutrition.
Exercise isn't just about appearance or strength; it's about enhancing your life's quality, both mentally and physically.
My Approach



As an experience expert in areas like depression, ADHD and anxiety, I know how hard it can be when you feel stuck in a negative cycle. Even though therapy is helpful, it can be hard to implement these changes outside of therapy. That's where I come in. We focus on making practical, lasting changes on a personal level. It's about shifting perspective, stepping out of your comfort zone, and finding solutions for routine management. As well as body image issues, perfectionism, and coping strategies. With exercises that bridge mind and body, and an adaptable plan for evolving needs.
I use exercise as a key to overall health, offering tailored exercise routines that are specific for your goals and the resources that you have. Whether it's at home, in the gym, or outside. The focus is on finding activities that you love, ensuring form and safety, and pushing your limits all while being kind to yourself. It's not only about achieving your dream body; it's about increasing overall strength and agility, enhancing your mood and managing your pain.
We'll focus on gaining more knowledge about nutrition and building a healthy relationship with food. It's about understanding what food does for your body and your mind, without restrictions! I believe that no food is off-limits, let's nourish both body and soul. It's about teaching you how to listen to the cues of your body, and knowing what your body needs. Let's find a way to enjoy what you eat, making informed choices, and gradually introduce changes that align with your lifestyle. Find back the joy in food, without guilt.
